Cacao collected by the Awajun native community, originally from the Peruvian Amazon. Criollo variety cacao, fermented for 4 days in the village of Utt in wooden crates, covered with banana leaves and then dried in the same village.
At the Casa Cacao workshop, we select the cacao by hand, we roast it, crack and winnow the beans, add organic cane sugar and cocoa butter, and then we conche it for a minimum of 48 hours.
