Black chocolate tablet with green tea with jasmine. A chocolate with high notes of long-fermented cocoa, with hints of ripe red fruit and cocoa... all wrapped up in an evocative aroma of jasmine tea. The notes of the flower reach the palate and remain as if it were the memory of a white flower that has never passed, but that we will always remember.

In the workshop of Casa Cacao, we select the cocoa by hand, we roast it very delicately, we shell it, we add sugar, cocoa butter of organic origin and green tea with jasmine, and then we conch it for a minimum of 48 hours.
