Our exquisite milk chocolate bar, with an intense 50% cocoa, fusing the sweet lactic flavor with irresistible caramelized notes. Discover the harmony of flavors with an intense touch of cocoa. Let yourself be carried away by the magic of our exclusive Chai tea mix, handcrafted in our workshop. With a base of Indian black tea and a captivating blend of spices including ginger, cloves, allspice, cinnamon, cardamom and star anise. Every bite of our chocolate will transport you to the warmth of memories associated with a cup of Chai tea.
In the workshop of Casa Cacao, we select the cocoa by hand, we roast it very delicately, we shell it, we add sugar, cocoa butter of organic origin and green tea with jasmine, and then we conch it for a minimum of 48 hours.
