Hacienda Victoria, Ecuador
A very special chocolate bar, born in Hacienda Victoria (Ecuador), with a fruity and acidic profile that evokes the taste of fresh cacao fruit.
At the Casa Cacao workshop, we manually select the cacao beans, roast them, and carefully winnow them. We add cane sugar and organic cocoa butter, and conch the mixture for a minimum of 48 hours to achieve an exceptional texture and flavor.
Grana is a limited edition of only 350 bars.
