Vintages 2012 D.O. Penedès, Grape varieties: Xarel·lo, Parellada, Chardonnay Manual grape harvesting, and selection. Fermentation for 26 days at 15ºC. Second fermentation following the traditional "Champenoise" method at a temperature of 16ºC. Stabilized with cold and clarification in the same bottle.
