Typical Italian Sweetheart of Easter. Similar to the Panettone but with a dove shape ("colomba" in italian). It consists of a sweet bread dough slowly fermented for 48 hours with 60% Casa Cacao chocolate and candied apricot. Special aroma of butter and light acid notes, typical of the mother's mass.
