Description

Made with sourdough fermented slowly for 48 hours and the main ingredients of traditional panettone: candied orange, candied citron and raisins. Special buttery aroma and light sour notes, typical of the sourdough. Covered with almond glaze.

Wheat flour, butter (pasteurized cream, starter cultures), water, pasteurized egg yolk, raisins (10%) (raisins and vegetable oil), sugar, candied orange (8%) (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), candied citron (3%) (citron, sugar, glucose syrup), sugar, almond glaze (sugar, rice flour, almond flour, corn starch, natural flavor), honey, pasteurized egg white, powdered sugar (sugar, starch), salt, active malt flour (wheat flour), enzymatic wheat flour (wheat flour, enzymes), lemon peel, sunflower oil, Bourbon vanilla pods.
