Made with sourdough fermented slowly for 48 hours, candied orange and lemon, and raisins, it is a moist, airy panettone with its characteristic buttery flavour and natural yeast.

Wheat flour, butter (pasteurized cream, starter cultures), water, pasteurized egg yolk, sugar, raisins (9%) (raisins and vegetable oil), candied orange (7%) (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), candied lemon (4%) (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), powdered sugar (sugar, starch), sugar, honey, pasteurized egg white, almond, salt, orange peel, wheat flour, enzyme wheat flour (wheat flour, enzymes), corn starch, lemon peel, vanilla powder, active malt flour (wheat flour), sunflower oil, corn grits.
