Our pear carambina coated in white chocolate and chamomile combines sweet, fruity and floral notes in a delicate and aromatic bite. Handmade in our workshop.

White chocolate (55%) (sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, concentrated butterfat (99.8% milk fat), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, acidifier: E330), cocoa butter, pear purée (10%) (pear 90%, sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidifier: citric acid), sugar, sweetener: isomalt, glucose, dextrose, sweet chamomile (2%), texture-modifying agent (E440i, sucrose, acidity regulators: E450iii, E332ii, E330), water, acidifier: E330, colours: E102* and E132.
Contains milk. May contain traces of egg, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, celery, mustard, sesame and sulphites.
Storage: store in a cool, dry place (max. 16 ºC), away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Once opened, keep in the same conditions with the packaging closed and consume before the best before date.
Best before: 180 days from the production date, provided the storage conditions described above are maintained.
