Description
Made with sourdough fermented slowly for 48 hours, candied orange and lemon, and raisins, it is a moist, airy panettone with its characteristic buttery flavour and natural yeast.

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour, sugar, butter, water, candied fruit 19% (orange, mandarin, raisins), egg yolks, sourdough starter (7%) (wheat flour, water), honey, malt (malted wheat flour), salt, vanilla, lemon zest, orange zest, panettone glaze (ground almonds, sugar, egg whites, corn starch).

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Keep in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight or direct heat sources. Ready to eat. Once the original packaging has been opened, keep under the same storage conditions, with the packaging closed, and consume within 15 days.
BEST BEFORE: Best consumed within 40 days from the date of manufacture, provided that it is stored under the conditions stated above.
